In the 2017 Tholons Services Globalisation City Index, Krakow moves up one spot from last year to take 8th place as the best location for international outsourcing services. Krakow only trails Dublin as the most attractive location for outsourcing in Europe. The report took into consideration workforce talent, business costs, infrastructure, quality of life and government policies among other factors. The leading business association ASPIRE and a driving force behind Krakow’s emergence as a world class technology and business services hub estimates that over 60,000 individuals are currently employed in this sector. Warsaw ranks 23rd in the index.
